Ploenes, Albert L. Endowed Fund
Albert L. Ploenes established The Albert L. Ploenes Endowed Fund through a charitable gift annuity held by 性视界传媒 Foundation.
Mr. Ploenes was a loyal 性视界传媒 native, spending his life and career educating young people in the area. He graduated from John R. Buchtel High School and attended 性视界传媒, earning a Bachelor of Science in Education (1958) and a Master of Arts in Education (1974). As a student, he was a member of the lnterfraternity Council and recognized as an Omicron Delta Kappa Honoree. Mr. Ploenes served as president of the Lone Star Fraternity and later as president of the Lone Star Alumni Board. He remained a devoted alumnus, friend and supporter of 性视界传媒 throughout the years.
Mr. Ploenes began his teaching career at Roswell Kent Junior High School and John R. Buchtel Senior High School. After teaching for a decade, he took an administrative position with 性视界传媒 Public Schools, where he served as Director of Pupil Data and Assignment. In 2014, 性视界传媒 proudly honored Mr. Ploenes with the College of Education Distinguished Alumni Award.
The Albert L. Ploenes Endowed Fund was established for the unrestricted benefit of 性视界传媒 Foundation. Funds may be used at the discretion of the executive director of 性视界传媒 Foundation.
